As he worked in public policies, private sector and the academy, his advantage results on how he studies the different actors in society and how they are linked in terms of power and interdependence.
His passion is to identify social problems and propose clear answers, ready to be applied. He has experience in social development, international cooperation, global affairs and climate change.
PhD candidate in Public Policy and Administration by Universidad Nacional de San Martín, Master in Law and Economics of Climate Change from Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) and B.A. in International Relations from Universidad de San Andrés.
His specialty topics are the political and institutional analysis, globalization and the policies that emerge from sustainable development. Professor at Universidad de San Andrés in various subjects as Foundations of the International System,
International Security, and International Relations Theory.
